GREEN TEA AND HONEY FACIAL

With the many health benefits of drinking green tea being well documented .It would be wrong to not mention the many skin benefits as well.ive been downing green tea for years but a few years ago i began using it in a spray bottle on hot days(cold tin bottle) refreshing for sure.it helped keep my skin moist.as of late i have found many other ways to get more green tea skin benefits by having a facial of green tea and honey.i simply take one organic green tea bag cut open in bowl, stir in raw unfiltered honey and mix.place it on my face for 15-20 minutes.it helps get rid of blackheads and moisturizes .to name a few good things.yogurt is also good to use if you dont have honey on hand.there is one more way to use green tea as a beauty treatment ive done is to put it in my facial sssteamer instead of plain water loves it.you can also just boil a tea bag in a pot and place a towel over your head.just allow the steam to open pores*tea with peppermint leaves
