cucumber water


  • Ive been drinking cucumber water(spa water) for six has been wonderful.more than just the reported health benefits it just makes your whole body feel cool and is a great way to make getting enough water a little more also helps to detox the body of impurities.                                       you simply add half of cucumber sliced thin to a quart of water let it sit over night or for no less than four hours and enjoy. you can also try adding  watermelon,lemon,lime,orange slices and fresh mint but mint made it a little unreal for me and bitter but its a matter of taste.                                                                                                …
