BROWN GROUND BEEF AND SPICES IN OIL.DRAIN, ADD 1/2 C SAUCE.1/2 C CHEESE .MIX.BOIL MANICOTTI 4 MIN TO SOFTEN.DRAIN, STUFF WITH MEAT MIXTURE.PLACE ENOUGH SAUCE IN BOTTOM OF CASSEROLE DISH TO COVER .PLACE STUFFED MANICOTTI IN DISH.COVER WITH REMAINING SAUCE AND CUP OF CHEESE.BAKE 45 MIN.IN OVEN PREHEATED TO 350 DEGREES.PARMESAN CHEESE ON TOP (IF DESIRED)
