1 POUND MEDIUM SHRIMP(RAW)

1 SMALL ONION CHOPPED

1 CUP BROCCOLI 

1 SMALL SLICED CARROT

1 SMALL CELERY STALK SLICED

1 CLOVE MINCED GARLIC

1 INCH SLICE OF FRESH GINGER  MINCED

1 TSP RED PEPPER FLAKES

2 TBS. TERIYAKI SAUCE  1 TBS.PEANUT OIL

1/2 tsp. EACH CAYENNE PEPPER,ONION POWDER,GROUND GINGER,SEA SALT.

SAUTE VEGETABLES  IN HEATED OIL.4 MINUTES.ADD SHRIMP AND SPICES COOK 4 MINUTES .ADD TERIYAKI SAUCE. AND MINCED GREEN ONION.COOK 1 MIN.SERVE
