 6 large cabbage leaves

1 pound ground beef            beef cabbage

1 cup cooked wild rice

1 egg ,1 cup minced onion

1 1/4 tsp salt

1 1/4 tsp black pepper         cabbage row

1 1/2 tsp parsley

1/2 tsp sage

1 15 oz can tomato sauce

1 cup diced tomato’s

2 TBS. brown sugar

1/2 tsp red wine vinegar

1 1/2 tsp.onion powder

1 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 cup water 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce

in medium pot add tomato sauce,diced tomato’s,brown sugar,red wine vinegar, worcestershire sauce and water.allow to cook 15 -20 minutes.set aside.in mixing bowl mix ground beef,egg,rice,sage,salt,pepper,onion,onion powder,garlic powder,sage, and parsley.mix well.place scoop in middle of each cabbage leaf.place sauce in bottom of glass baking dish.enough to coat bottom.place rolls seam side down in dish.top with remaining sauce.cover with foil.bake in preheated oven 1 hour.
